My computer will boot Windows XP Pro ONLY if the BIOS boot priority has the CD-ROM Drive set to first AND the Windows XP installation CD is inserted into the drive.

After POST, it goes:

Boot from CD:...
Push any key to boot from Disc....
(I have to wait, and cannot push any key)
then it boots.

How do I fix this? I've tried resetting CMOS, setting priority to my HDD. I've tried completely formatting my HDD and reinstalling.

Yeah, my drivers are installed from the mfr's included drivers. My computer wasn't doing this when it first started running.
