Windows XP Pro SP2 Live Update is not turning on

Just a few days before my Windows Update got turned off by itself. When i tried to turn it on, its sayin do it from the Control Panel. But it also not turning on from Control Panel. I have checked services.msc , all services are running fine:confused:
