Windows XP Pro key Errors

Recently, my Windows XP Pro x64 system hard drive died. Right now, I am trying to re-install Windows XP Pro on the new hard drive with the 2 Windows XP Pro disc that I found in my disc collection. However, both discs gave me a "Key Errors" when I type in the Windows XP Pro key. The key is 100% legit because I bought the Windows XP Pro x64 OEM version from Newegg.com 3 yrs ago. I assumed that I have lost the installation disc that come with the key because certain Windows key can only be activated by certain installation disc that come with it. I wanted to call Microsoft support, but I cannot find their e-mail or telephone number. When I check Microsoft website, they stated that they are no longer support Windows XP as of July 2010.

Does anyone have any advises? or solutions?

Also, OEM and retail discs use different keys. However, if you could have found an OEM x64 disc your key would have worked and you wouldn't have needed to buy a new one.

AFAIK Win XP is Not like Win 7 in this regards, XP x32 and x64 keys are not interchangeable.
