Windows XP Pro hanging up on shutdown

I have a new build that was running great until I installed Logitech setpoint 2.22 and bluetooth for the diNovo bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Now it hangs up on shutdown. I have SP2. Have all latest drivers and below is hardware. Any suggestions really appreciated.

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Evga Geforce 6800GT

Does it work if you uninstall that software?

Don't know. Had such a difficult time getting it to work, don't want to mess with it. It is true that it may not be the problem but the issue occurred just after getting it to work. Any suggestions other than uninstalling the bluetooth? Thanks

Have you tried SetPoint 2.40? That's the latest version on Logitech's website.

Yes, I originally installed 2.4 but was unaware that the bluetooth was not included and nothing worked. Logitech had me uninstall and install 2.22 as they claim 2.4 does not work for diNovo even though it is listed there as a download. It could be that it works as an upgrade but not as initial installation. Will checki it out
