Windows XP Pro File sharing over the network?

Hello, I have searched all over for the spot to configure this but I cant find it.

It's a home network, I have a "server" computer that hosts a shared folder. Running XP pro.

It was running 2000 but I upgraded. Now I can't seem to find where I can set the permissions on the shared folder so only certain users can get into it.

What am I missing, is it really not there? Is there any way around this?

Sounds like you have "simple sharing enabled" it's the bottom setting under "folder options"

uncheck it and you should be able to find your permission settings just like in win2k
