Windows XP Pro CD Burner

I need to burn an ISO cd, can I do it with the built in CD-Burner program within the Windows?

Best bet is to go ahead and buy Nero, as it is an amazing program with built in capabilities for burning ISO files (bootable/non and CD/DVD iso files). Check it out. http://ww2.nero.com/enu/index.html

ISORecorder. It's a powertoy for WinXP. Just install, then right click your ISO file and hit up Write to CD.
