Windows xp pro boot image?

OK, long story short, windows screwed up, and I tried to reinstall windows. my XP pro cd was scratched up from hell and back. I moved the file to another CD, but I need a boot image because it gives me the error "NTLDR is missing". what exactly do I do? please help!
