Windows Xp Pro 64 bit Question

With the current state of 64 bit driver support in the market is it worth going from Xp Pro 32bit to 64bit?
 
If you can find 64bit drivers for all your hardware and have 4GB+ of ram then its a very good, stable and reliable OS to use.

I use it on my main rig. Drivers are all fine (much better than a lot of Vista ones atm) and I enjoy using it.

However, I don't think its worth the switch unless you need to access more ram though.
