Windows XP on CF (IDE).

- i'm going to get a windows on compact flash.

here's some of my concerns:

- there is life cycle on cf. read some reviews that cf died in a week.
- faster than sata/pata drive?


and some one please explain what windows xp embedded is.

CF is slower and has a limited number of reads/writes.
