Windows XP not recognizing CD drives after software uninstalled

I am running Windows XP and have a DVD drive and a CD-RW. I went to uninstall Easy CD Creator software and when I rebooted the CD drives no longer showed up as being recognized in Windows. When I take a look at them in the Device Manager they are listed but with the yellow exclamation points indicating a conflict somewhere. If I delete them from there and Add them again they show up but still with a conflict. Any help in troubleshooting this would be appreciated!

PS....In the Device Manager window this is a message I see regarding the status of the drive...

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

You are a life saver!

That looks identical to what my problem is. I'm going to try te fix and see what happens. Thanks for finding that for me!
