Windows XP not loading certain websites

Hi guys. My mom laptop with Windows XP Service Pack 3 recently stopped loading websites such as yahoo, facebook, google, and microsoft, I'm sure there are a few others as well.

I ran malwarebytes, Dr Web Cure It and AVG on it. Malwarebytes removed 13 items, Dr Web Cure It just found some suspicious files but I deleted them and AVG just found tracking cookies.

The thing is, the problem still exist.
