Windows XP - No TwinView?

I've been using TwinView with my GeForce 2 MX in Windows 2000 to 'clone' the screen on my TV. Addionally, you could set the TV so it became a "fullscreen device", so whenever I started a movie or a game on my computer, it would play in fullscreen on the TV. Really, really great, especially when watching movies.
However, I have been unable to find this in XP after I installed it and the latest official divers from Nvidia, 21.83. I have been able to "extend" the desktop to the TV, but that's not what I want, I want to *clone* the desktop. It seems like TwinView support is removed from XP, or did Nvidia remove it from their drivers? WHY!??
Does anyone have more info on this?

Thanks.
