In 2000, if you didn't use items in the Start menu for a while, they go away and you can access them by clicking the chevron at the bottom of the list.
XP hasn't hidden any of my apps yet... please tell me they didn't remove this awesome feature. If I use the "Classic Start Menu" I can see the option there, but not under the new XP Start Menu.
