Windows XP network issue

I can connect to wifi just fine, when I ping websites it's nice and responsive, low ms good stuff. When I try to browse to websites sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow. Usually it will work fine then start going slow. I ran hijackthis and there is not that much in there. I ran superantispyware and cleaned out whatever it found. I have run winsock fix. It seems like the issue is better after I use winsock fix but then it starts loading websites slowly again. When I ping, nice and responsive. Happens in both firefox and internet explorer. When I hook it up with ethernet the same thing happens.

Don't know whats wrong, would suspect malware but I'm not finding anything in hijackthis.

I have another computer on the network, it does not have any problems.
