I'm installing windows XP in VMware right now.

first time, out of the zillion times i've installed it, that i have the sound on.

Most people never get to hear it with the sound on, because XP doesn't support their audio chip without installing a driver...which happens after that screen.

Indeed, it was a very very rare time that I heard the sounds during install.
