Windows XP Media Center 2005 is detecting my X2 3800 WRONG!!! HELP!!!

windows XP media center 2005, and my motherboard is detecting my X2 3800 manchester core as "AMD Hammer Family processor - Model Uknown" any ideas why???
Is it even detecting as a dual core???
