Windows XP Loading Error

Hey guys,

Sometimes my computer just does weird things but this just perplexes me.

Windows XP starts to load, the loading screen finishes, and my computer usually goes black for half a second and the login screen loads.

This time.. nothing.

Any suggestions?
 
Can you boot into safe mode without a problem? If so, either try another monitor or bring down your refresh rate.
