Windows XP - Java Applet Download Problem..

Alright, everytime I hit a page with a Java applet, I get the pop-up saying if I want to download Java Console?

If I click yes
It goes to a Microsoft page - This one

the java applet works like it's suppose to.

Is there a way to fix this annoying problem?
