Windows XP Install Probelm: Manifest Parse Error

Every time I try to install Windows XP Pro on my computer, I get a "Manifest Parse Erroe: Invalid at the to level of the document" Fatal Error, adn setup will not continue. I know I have a good cd, because I have tried it on another computer, I also know it isn't my cd drive because this happens using my cd-rw and my dvd drive to install it. I have no idea what to do, and I couldn't find any help on the MS website.
