windows XP in polski only?!?!

I have a CD from a friend because mine got busted, I have a legit key and everything on my laptop (by on I mean COA is attached to the bottom of it), but this is the only XP HOME SP1 CD i can find that works, but its in polski...the M$ site isn't very user friendly in searching for this sort of thing, is it possible to get everything to be english, instead of Polski? I have tried the regional and language settings, but there isnt even an option for English(America)...is it possible to get English on there? or can I take the language from another XP home cd I have (the others that aren't working with this key). I know its in the wrong section, but I am in dire need of an answer! thank you:!
