Windows XP ---- IE 7 Favorites problem

Does anybody know how to change your default directory for you Internet Explorer 7 "favorites". I did it somehow and forgot how I did it.
 
i figured it out. You can move the "favorites" folder anywhere you want and IE7 will follow it automatically.
