WINDOWS XP hot fix (sp1)

Could someone tell me if there is a faster way to uninstall all the hot fixes in " add/remove programs" in control panel. I have about 15 hot fixes that I want to delete (unistall) but after I uninstall each one, I have to restart my computer.
I'm about to do a complete XP install because I'm getting so frustrated !!!!!!
 
There is one way I can think of, it's called a system restore

Why on earth would you want to remove all the hotfixes?

System restore does not clear all the hot fix in add/remove programs. I just don't think I should have 15 to 20 hot fix (sp1) in my add/remove. I think something is wrong because I don't have sp1 pack installed on my system....when I try to install it my mouse freezes after the system reboots then I have to do a system restore.
