Windows XP freezes after a few minutes

Well, not entirely no idea.

I've swapped RAM still freezes.

I've rebooted into Safe mode, still freezes.

There are no entries in the System Event log.

I have WinXP home, 1GB RAM, an ASUS A7N8X-deluxe, Athlon XP 2800+, new 450W power supply ...

Any ideas on why it would freeze, or things to try?

Much appreciated.

Have you tried using a different power supply?

I haven't yet ... though there was nothing abnormal in the metrics I was reading from it at the time of the crash ... I'm going to take one home from work today to do some troubleshooting. Thanks for the thought.

Anyone else in the morning crowd have other ideas?
