Windows XP folder viewing options and highlighting

Is there a possibility to change all the folder views to "Icons" instead of the default "tiles"? I can change it manually for each directory but I want ever single icon to be displayed as an "icon" and not a "tile".

Also, is it possible to change the highlighting color?

Yeah, what you do is setup one folder the way you want (click on the views button and select icons) then click on tools at the top then folder options then select the view tab and click on the "apply to all folders" buttons. As far as the highlight goes that is dependent on your display properties. In the display settings tab select appearance then select the advanced tab, once that window pops up you can play around with the settings including the highlight setting.
