Windows XP file sharing woes

I have a extra HD in my computer, it is my D drive. I right click it and in the Sharing tab I click the box to Share this folder on the Network and i click the Box to allow others to change my files. However, no one can copy to or from any of the folders on that D drive.

Is it impossible to share a whole drive in Windows XP, do I need to share just the individual folders???

The computer trying to connect to me is running XP Pro and I am running XP Home.

I have a folder on this drive that i keep all my Corel artwork in and my boss wants to be able to access it and make changes to files without having to bother me to do it.

Any help would be nice, thx

I figure it out...kinda...

I had my D drive shared, well it would not work till I went in and right click the individual folder and shared it too. I thought shareing the drive letter would make the entire hard drive shared like in Windows 98, but be a XP thing.
