Windows XP dialog boxes Cutoff

I'm running Windows XP Professional, and for some reason, some of my dialog boxes do not display the whole dialog.

It shows maybe 75% of the dialog box, and since it is a dialog box, I can't resize it or anything. Words will just be cut off and such.

Anybody have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Nope, Running 1280x1024.

No, Here is another example

This one for instance is at %75, but is at the end of the status bar. This is a picture of gamespy when updating the server.

There is a few other places that they show up, but these are 2 that i can think of.
