Windows XP Customize folder?

in windows 9x,nt4, and 2000 you can customize each folder to have a certain background picture. is there any way to do this in windows xp? i can only find out how to change the icons and folder picture in thumbnail view. but i want a background for different folders.

Open your desired folder. Right click and choose "Customize This Folder". Is this what your looking for?

well, that lets you change the folder icon and some other stuff. but i couldn't find anything that let me change the folder's background like in 98se or 2k. anyone know if it can be done or if microsoft took it out?
