Perhaps asked before, but I could find no mention:

Is the Windows Corporate XP plagued by the same thing the home and professional version is, interms of having to re-initialize after too many hardware changes?

Thanks

hmmm.. it doesn't require activation... and it doesn't mind being installed on multiple machines... so I would say that it won't require you to Re-activate. But I could be wrong...

There is no activation in the corporate version. You just need enough licenses to cover the number of computers you have it installed on. The media itself is separate from the licenses in a corporate setting, and the media could be used for 1 install (although you must buy at least 5 seats to qualify for corporate) or thousands. Of course if you're rolling out a few thousand machines I doubt very seriously you're going to use the media on each and every one. ;)
