windows xp control panel crashes

Everytime I try to open my control panel, explorer crashes.

I have googled, and found a possible solution - to move all .cpl files, and then locate the one that causes the problem. Trying that; I found that even if I delete all .cpl files in \system32, control panel still crashes.

Anybody experience this before, and found a solution ?
 
It might be related to the Video Drivers ... Try downloading the latest version
from Nvidia and installing them .. see if that helps
