Windows XP CMD Hidden Commands

I've been reading about all these commands. Is there a website with all the availible commands, I realize alot of them may just be a basic CMD shortcut to a window but it would still be nice for reference.

help displays the internal CMD commands IIRC.

But a lot of the commands are going to be just executables on the system, there's no real way to list every command possible.
