Windows XP Checkdisk Freezes with VXD error

I keep getting an error in powervr.vxd when checkdisk runs after a reboot. I was wondering if anyone else who has a KyroII card has been having this problem. I currently have a 3D Prophet 4500, getting an ATI or nVidia next time.
