Windows XP Caching problem since installing Dreamweaver 8

Hi,
When I and several co-workers installed Dreamweaver 8, we started experiencing a really annoying problem. Every time you update a Web file (via Dreamweaver or Visual Studio), you have to constantly delete your Web browser cache to see the updated page. Clicking Refresh doesn't even help. Doesn't matter if its IE or Firefox.
Any idea what Dreamweaver could have changed on my system?

Thanks!

Does holding CTRL (or maybe shift?) while clicking on "Refresh" pick up the new page? That should really force it to go redownload whatever the server has.

It might have to do with the fact that you updated the page from your system. The fact that it happens in both FF and IE makes me think it could actually be a server-side problem, or something to do with the last update time of the page.
