Windows XP built-in zip/unzip software, can you change the amount of compression?

Like the title says, is there a way to change the settings for the amount of compression the built-in zip software in Windows XP does? In programs like Winzip you can select options like, no compression, least compression, most compression, etc. I know I can just download WinZip or something, but I'm curious if there is anything that can be done with the built in software, because I like the way it treats zip files as folders. Thanks.
