Windows XP - Boot up files.

Hello,

I have a WINDOWS XP Pro currently running. Everything works great and all, however I've just recently installed my Creative Sound Blaster Live.

There this NEWUPDATE.EXE that always load during the bootup process and crashes. I've checked the startup folder to see if I can delete it from being bootup, since it doesn't serve any purpose.

Is there a back way of removing this bootup entry line so this newupdate won't bootup again?

Like a regedit thing or somewhat? Please point me to the right direction

Thanks
