Windows XP Boot Loop again

I've read a few Windows Xp boot loop topics, but have not found an answer to the particular problem I am having. I built my first rig last night (config below) and tried installing Windows XP on it this afternoon. It successfully completed most of the install until it rebooted itself after completing the install. It now is in a constant boot loop. It wil not even get to the Windows startup screen. It gets to the point where it says that Windows did not start correctly giving you the option of Safe Mode or Normal start. Selecting either option results in an immediate reboot starting the loop again. A screen does appear with some text on it immediately after selecting normal or safe mode, but is only there for a milisecond and I can't tell what the message is. I have heard that I might not have the most up to date drivers, but I am unaware of how to install drivers without Windows installed. I do not have a 3.5 floopy drive installed either to get them that way. Anybody have any suggestions?
