Windows XP Automatic Updates + Routers

Hi,

I have a few computers in a network. They all have original windows xp professional OS installed. Everything works fine, but for some reason the automatic updates dont work. I have to manually update each computer. Does anyone know what might be happening ? I thought that maybe my Symantec Appliance 360R was blocking the port used for the automatic updates, but couldnt find anything on the web on that...

HELP PLEASE !!
