Windows xp another question.....

I will be using a 32 bit version of xp with a e4300 which I assume is 64 bit
How much of a performance increase will I get from upgrading to a 64 bit os?

As I understand it, none or vertualy(sp) also you will find there are problems drivers for some hardware that don't exist for 64bit. I would stick with what you have.
