Windows XP and the handspring visor

I have had a visor for several years without problem. I just installed XP and can't get it to sync. It's like XP don't recognize the visor. I'm using a usb cradle and the visor deluxe.

any suggestions would be helpful.

I've got a regular visor and it works fine with XP. Have you downloaded the latest software from handspring.com?

My Visor has worked great through Win2k and after I upgraded to xp. Sometimes it forgets it's there, but an unplugging of the cable usually fixes it.
