Windows XP and Terminal Server

My machine at home is XP and from time to time I have to monitor the work servers etc. Now I have terminal server client installed on my work machine, but as yet the company hasn't given me my laptop. Therefore I am needing / wanting terminal services client connection on XP. Under Windows 2000 it is installed as part of the admin pack. Do I have to do the same for XP? If so where do I find the admin pack for XP or do I use the 2000 version?
