So here is the problem:
Yesterday I noticed that the Windows Xp was working extremely slow
and then I checked system settings, in the Primary IDE Controler where the transfermode is It was set to PIO Mode and I changed it to DMA if available and rebooted and nothing had changed it still was PIO Mode , then I reinstaled The VIA 4-1 drivers v 4.37 and still no effect.

Maxtor D536X UATA100
Athlon-C 1,33 GHz
Windos XP (2600)
SP 1 (Pre-Release)
