Windows XP Administrator account gone after reboot

I rebooted my computer which had two administrator account setup: the Administrator account and an account called Dummy. I rebooted my computer and now the only account that shows up to log on is Dummy. What the heck happened? If I go into C:\Documents and Settings\, there is still a folder there called Administrator. How do I get Windows XP to let me log back onto this account? If I go into user accounts, Dummy is the only one listed. I don't want to try to recreate the Administrator account in fear of it overwriting all my settings? Thanks in advance!

TweakUI had a setting for viewing accounts on the welcome screen. How it got turned off, I will never know.
