Windows XP 64

I recently upgraded my computer (see sig) I am wondering, would XP 64 run better, faster than standard XP with my currant hardware?

you wont really notice a different because you still have under 4gb(3.25 max) of memory so unless you get more ram no need. You might see a small increase but will still be limited by ram so you won't be able to run any more programs then you would on 32bit windows.
