I've had windows xp 32 bit for a year and its been working, my power supply is a little where so i have to unplug is and plug it back in to get my computer to turn. but today, i thought it overheated cause i forze which has happened before so i left it and turned it on again, it forze once again, then i turned it on an hour later and now it will stop loading the os when it says "Windows is starting" any advise?

Maybe pop in and boot from your XP cd and repair the master boot record from the repair console.

That might get you past the current booting problem, but it sounds like you have other issues on the pc to sort out as well.
