Windows wont recognize a default sound device after overclocking

I can not get windows to recognize my motherboards sound device after overclocking. The device is turned on in bios and all drivers are current. what do i need to do?

Thats what i was wondering. I could find the option anywhwere to lower the mhz on pci. I did a google search and one forum said to lower pci to 33mhz. So I dunno. By the way the mother board is a msi k8n neo 2 platinum.
