windows wont install..?

ok i just got my computer set up.. now got an 9 gig maxtor i formatted the c: and it did a nfts so it ask for a disk or what ever.. so then i tried to install it but windows 2k wont pick up it just says insert boot diska nd hit a key i tried alot of things

i tried the hdd master and cdrom slave i tried it the other way still wont work PLEASE if anyone can help me
i also got the boot disk off bootdisk.com and it didnt work so maybe one of u genious can figure it out thanks😱
 
Now, as moraly opposed as I am to answering non-sencical messages, try this:

Go into BIOS and enable boot from CDRom. Or possably, try to change boot order to boot from CD Rom is in there somewhere, preferably high in the list.
