windows wont go past loading stage

it boots fine, then windows start loading. the part where is shows the logo, and the blue bar thing. but it freezes there. sfae mode works tho
 
Maybe you have a virus/spyware/malware that's affecting the boot process? I've seen spyware do that before to a number of machines. I'd go into safe mode and scan with whatever you can. Perhaps trying safe mode with networking, go online to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp and see if there's a virus. Update with the latest definitions for your spyware scanner.

At any rate, if that doesn't find anything or work, there's a chance you have a corrupt file somewhere.
