Windows won't detect my hard drive!

I had a 200 GB SATA hard drive in my computer, and it has been working fine. When I put in my 80 GB IDE hard drive, it will show up in the bios, but Windows won't detect it. What can I do?
 
Start > Run > compmgmt.msc > click OK button

Go down to Disk Management. Is the drive listed there?
