Windows won't boot

I recently built a new system with the Gigabyte P45-DS3R motherboard and e8400 cpu. I tried to overclock it to 3.6, however It will not boot, so I brought it down to 3.50, increased the vcore to 1.24 something (3 increment from the 1.22).

runs orthos for 16 hours and it's fine. shut down the compuer and turn on the next day the windows will not boot, it will stuck at the loading screen and restarts forever. If i go in bios and reset it to default, it will get in windows fine. why is this happening?

I tested memory with memtest86+ for a hour, it seems no error as well. tested harddrive with seatools passed all. could it be the system board or what? and I tried to reinstalled windows 3 times with different disc too. CPU temp for idle is 30 degrees, and power supply should not be a problem, I have the Corshair HX520
