So windows was working fine, then I put in two new hard drives and windows wont boot if I have two GPU's installed at the same time. My two 470's, each 470 works as wella s it should in both slots individually, but as soon as I plug in two i get an infinite post loop.
How strange... Tried to clear cmos? Also, try to load Windows in safe mode, and uninstall Nvidia driver from there. Then boot up in normal mode. If it boots then, try to reinstall the driver.
I have the same wattage (750w) PS as the OP has and I don't have any problems booting with 2 heavily overclocked GTX 460 1GBs. But, then again, the GTX 480 is a power hog.
