Windows Vista x64 BSOD

This system is rock solid stable. Runs IBT/Linpack for 50 passes. Prime95 stable for >12 hours. Passes MemTest with flying colors.

But if I leave my phone plugged in overnight, I seem to get a BSOD.

Things I've noticed that trigger them:
  • Plugging the phone in while my monitor is off. It can be on but "asleep" due to inactivity, but even if I'm playing music and the monitor is off, and I plug the phone in, BSOD
  • Any reminders going off, setting off Outlook in the process, while the monitor is off
  • (Sometimes) Texts or phone calls being received while the monitor is off
  • Disconnecting the phone while the monitor is off
I Google'd the stop codes I've been getting (which have been different every time) and they all seem to be generic ones. This sucks. Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of atm is theres some kind of Wake-on-LAN problem or your plugging in the phone is causing some kind of short or grounding problem.

If it were a short/grounding problem why would the monitor being on affect it?

I am using the monitor's USB hub, if that makes a difference.

This f***ing POS was EXPENSIVE. $350 22" HP PVA monitor (Samsung PVA panel), and I have so many issues with it. The transformer is built into the monitor, and it's cheap, it buzzes so loud. The monitor occasionally has pretty severe DVI "handshake" issues, it'll power up with a bunch of distortion/lines/artifacts until Windows recognizes that a "device has been plugged in" then the screen blinks back to normal. It sometimes takes it 15+ seconds to get picture from when I hit the on button, also due to the "hardware being found" (I can hear the connected hardware noise). Google reveals all of these being common issues with an otherwise amazing monitor.

What the device your plugging your phone into? Is this a standard phone or USB?

It's a Samsung BlackJack 2 / i617, Windows Mobile 6.1 based. The phone doesn't have a micro/miniUSB port, but some proprietary Samsung connector and the phone came with a USB cable. I plug it into my computer to charge and sync.

The same exact computer doesn't care if I do any of the things listed in the OP in XP Pro 32, which leads me to believe it's some kind of x64/Windows Sync/Vista problem.
